Alex is the Director of Operations of Ordinary Movement. He attended Ordinary Men for the first time in 2020 as he was looking for a better discipleship tool for his church’s groups. He loved the group and knew OM would be a great tool for his church to leverage for equipping disciple-makers. He launched his first group in 2021, and then in 2022 joined the organization. He is passionate about discipleship and missions to the unreached and believes the greatest need in our church today is the movement of churchgoers becoming disciple-makers. His role on the team is to execute the development and strategy of the vision into a movement that empowers ordinary men and women to know Jesus and live out their faith.
Alex has been in a wide variety of ministry environments including a discipleship program with YWAM in California, a church plant in Colorado, pioneer missions in Central America, and associate pastoral ministry in Virginia.
He loves his family, innovative discipleship endeavors, entrepreneurship, coffee, local foods, and almost every mountain activity.
